Terms and Conditions for the Avatown $200 Revenue Guarantee Offer
Eligibility:
This offer is available to creators who list their Avatars, 3D models, or assets on the Avatown platform during the promotional period.
Only new listings uploaded during the promotion are eligible for the guarantee.
Offer Period:
The promotion begins on September 15th, 2024 and ends on October 15th, 2024.
Avatown reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
$200 Revenue Guarantee:
Creators who list their items on Avatown during the promotion will be guaranteed a minimum of $200 in revenue within 2 months from the date of listing.
If the creator does not achieve $200 in sales within 2 months, Avatown will pay the difference to ensure the total amount equals $200.
The guarantee is only applicable to sales made on Avatown and excludes revenue from other platforms or sources.
Zero Fees:
Avatown does not charge any platform or commission fees. Creators keep 100% of their sales revenue.
Note: The Zero Fees is only applicable for the First 300 Listings only. Post that, the Fees are 8.8%.
Payment of Guarantee:
If applicable, the payment of the $200 guarantee will be processed within 30 days following the end of the 2-month period.
Disqualification:
Avatown reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activities or violates Avatown’s terms of service.
Changes to the Offer:
Avatown reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
