fix the body where you can switch from femboy and female properly and not look like your chest got collapsed from a chest compressor machine

gestures are refixed and removed vrc rotation constrains from the arm twist bones due to certain issues.

For a workaround, I had to turn off a setting in the project settings to allow this to work. I'm not sure if you all need to do this so here is what you need to do with some pictures to help guide you along.

You need to turn on Clamp for blend shapes. You need to go to Edit > Project settings > Player > other settings > check clamp blendshape
